About the founder

Soumya Venkat is a formally trained Carnatic vocal artist, content creator and music educator. Her music is known for being melodious and soulful. With over a decade of traditional training and a deep reverence for the spiritual roots of Carnatic music, she founded this academy to share her knowledge and inspire individuals of all ages to study both music and mantra, thereby promoting mental peace and harmony for the soul. She continues to receive advanced training from the disciple of renowned Padma Shri awardees, Vid. Ranjani and Vid. Gayatri.Soumya has published a range of content on her social media channels in the devotional and classical genres with various accolades to her credit. She also coaches students of various ages in Carnatic music and Sanskrit shlokas.
